All payments (for accommodation and services) are made in Euros

Additional charge:
Tourist fees: 0.5 € per room / accommodation, per night

Reservation and Deposit Policies:
Reservations can be made by phone, e-mail, and online booking system.
In order for your reservation to be confirmed, the following deposit must be credited to the residence’s bank account.
• for reservations up to 3 days: 100% of the total amount of the reservation.
• for reservations of 4 days or more: 25% of the total amount of the reservation.
• The residence reserves the right to cancel a reservation, in case it does not receive the deposit.
By making a reservation, the depositor fully accepts the reservation, payment, and cancellation policies.

Cancellation Policy:
• In case a cancellation is made 14 days prior to arrival or earlier, the full amount of the deposit will be refunded.
• In case a cancellation is made 14 to 7 days prior to arrival, 50% of the total amount of the reservation will charged.
>• In case a cancellation is made 7 days prior to arrival or later or no-show or departure before the scheduled date, 100% of the total amount of the reservation will be charged.

General Housing Regulations:
• Pets by arrangement.
• Indoors smoking is not allowed.
• Parties are not allowed
• Parking: 1 place per house
Children and extra bed:
Children up to 5 years free

Check In: 15.00 - Check Out: 11.00
• The day of arrival is charged as a full day, regardless of the time of your arrival at the residence.
• In case of stay beyond 11:00 and until 19:00, you are obliged to pay half of the daily rent.
• For stays beyond 19:00 you must pay the full rent of that day.
